You now own your own fire or stove that is manufactured to the very highest standards for both safety and durability. When properly used and maintained your fire or stove will perform perfectly for many years.

However, just to be sure, we provide a peace of mind guarantee against material and manufacturing defects including parts and labour, subject to annual service* and annual replacement of the oxy-pilot* assembly, from the date of purchase. To register your guarantee please complete and return the guarantee claim card supplied with your new fire/stove or register online by filling out the form below.
